Osage Station Park is just a short distance from the Iron Horse Regional Trail and this trail was once a rail corridor as the name suggests. It was the Railway presence that established the park ‘s original theme.

Osage Station Park is known for its lovely rose garden with a memorial, and play area for children with a train station.

This 35-acre park includes four tennis courts, four diamonds for baseball, several soccer fields, and a walk around the park. You can rent out the tennis courts and sports fields. An additional parking lot is located off Orange Blossom Road , near the tennis courts. The twenty picnic tables and five barbecue pits are situated near the play area for children, and can be rented.

The park is named after the Osage Oranges ranch that developed, and the park still has three Osage Orange trees in it.

This East Bay Park is a treat! Some people see this park as a little more discreet and tucked away in suburban areas so you wouldn’t usually see it just driving down the street. You will love to take your children out for a walk, either in a stroller or to let them walk by themselves. The park is surrounded by beautiful rose planter boxes and a huge walking path that encircles a field for baseball games and just to run around. You can observe that for the majority of the walk ‘s perimeter there are shade trees so it’s not getting too bright. Sometimes, there are lots of people walking dogs and you’ll find that most people wear masks, so it’s cool.

You can try to bring your picnic blanket and place yourselves on a secluded shady corner. The grass is cushiony and fluffy too. Even the picnic areas look generally very clean and well kept. In a serene setting this is an adorable park! A park with a bit of everything and plenty of places to relax and sleep.

A magnificent and spacious park with lovely grass soccer fields, an array of healthy mature trees, tennis courts, rose garden, minor league grounds, playground for children and lovely walking, paths for jogging, but with all this always had the calming appeal of being alone.

It is very flat in the distance, with views of Mt. Diablo. It’s also dog friendly.

Located next to soccer fields, Osage Station Park is surrounded by beautiful rose gardens, large maple trees. There are two types of play which are similarly enjoyable. The train and old western themes are really sweet and enjoyable for even the wee ones. Children will play on and engage with so many things: slides, musical dolls, bells, train sounds, tunnels, a mock “jail,” hills, a sandbox, etc. Bathrooms are available, and the park is clean.
