Their front desk will provide you with mail delivery and, if you need it, fax and copy service. Their pledge is to have a new , clean room for you. They also take very seriously their contribution to the environment and aim to freshen up without excessively wasting their natural resources. Housekeeping facilities are planned for this mutual purpose depending on the amount of nights you can stay with them.

• For 8 or more night stays: One “full service” housekeeping is provided each week. Please refer to the key packet you receive at check-in for your scheduled housekeeping service day. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.
• For 1-7 night stays: Fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk as often as needed.

Complete Service (weekly): dusting, vacuuming, linen and towel changing, garbage emptying, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and, if necessary, soap and toilet paper replenishment. You can buy Additional Full Service at $10 per service.

Refresh Service (optional service): Replacing soiled towels, emptying garbage, replenishing, if necessary, soap and toilet paper, and making existing linen beds. You may buy the Refresh Service for $5 per service.

Bookings must be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. Local hotel time will be paid as a No Show Fee to the credit card carrying the reservation on the day of arrival, or the first night’s stay (at the quoted rate plus tax). Advanced Purchase (AP) reservations: Guests who cancel or fail to appear more than 24 hours after their initial booking period will void their non-refundable advance payment equal to the total cost (including tax) of the reservation. Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservations: Can guests who cancel or fail to appear more than 24 hours after their original reservation period lose their non-refundable deposit equivalent to 3 nights? Tax and room. Some other special rates may be protected by similar laws. On availability, reservations are based.

At Extended Stay America, pets are always accepted. In-suite, a maximum of two pets are allowed. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 (+ tax) per day per pet for the first month (not to exceed $150 + tax per pet) is payable on the first night of your stay and is paid at check-in. A $10 non-refundable charge (+ tax) per day for the first 5 days of each month is subsequently charged per month (not to exceed $50 + tax per month, per pet). The cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room would be covered by this fee. Support pets will be exempted from this fee. Restrictions on height and length apply: pets should be no larger than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. The approval of the property manager is needed for larger, or more than two pets.
