The Mustang Soccer League is an amateur soccer league for high school-aged kids. The California roll was sweet, savory, and delicious at Blue Gingko Blackhawk. There were also other rolls like the tempura batter fried one that had crispy pieces of veggies inside it along with flavorful mayo sauce—it hit all your senses perfectly; taste-wise at least. They served something called “ice cream” which came out in a waffle cone-shaped dish covered by whipped cream…delicious. It is such an unusual combination of butterscotch-flavored ice cream mixed well.
